Fresh hummus

One can garbanzo beans
1/4 cup lemon juice (or water to your taste)
1/8 to 1/4 cup olive oil to taste
Pinch of cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon of cumin
Garnish with ground pepper
Garnish with cilantro to taste
Blend all ingredients in a food processer and refrigerate. Keeps up to three days.
